New Year Decor -The Evolution" Continues. . .

Happy New Year!  Our Christmas tree is down, decorations are stored and cookies are eaten.  If only the holiday bills are paid!  For me, a new year brings change, so I'll continue adding more French flair to my shabby PINK decor this year.  I will ALWAYS love shabby PINK chic/white cottage style, but can't a girl have it all?  Here are a few of my latest "French" details (I laugh at myself because I've never been to France, so how do I know if what I like is REALLY "French?")

It's all really pretty, Cindy. My husband and I went to France for the summer in 1971. I wish I could go back now that I'm a grown up! I think I would appreciate it a lot more now. Ah, well, I'll just have to conjure up some memories!

I'm doing a little french decor around my house also. I haven't been to France either, but I know what I like and I love all of your "frenchiness" and that you are staying true to your shabby pink. Could you share with me where you got those FABULOUS crowns that are on your corner cabinet???
Hugs,
Toni

Been to France once, eons ago (previous life lol) At the time it didn't "do" anything for me sorry ;(. But now....Reading many blogs I have too become a fan, lol. I saw a wonderful "painting" of the Eiffel Tower (almost like the one you have♥) and I KNOW it will be mine come Saturday lol.

Love ALL the things you posted, j'adore ♥

I know what You mean. Somehow it's a question of what "French" is in our minds ! But it sure feels very French to me ! Nice work, I like :-)
