It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas!

I'm dragging my feet this year. Christmas is 9 days away. Our stockings aren't hung, gifts aren't purchased and where are the decorations? To get in the mood, I purchased poinsettias. They're instant motivators! These poinsettias came glittered! I planted these at the base of our front steps.I planted some small poinsettias among annuals that are still blooming.
I planted this poinsettia in a hanging planter on our front gate. I planted more glittered poinsettias among our ornamental cabbage near the front door.I found only 2 pink poinsettias. One I planted in a rusty hanging planter. The other I planted indoors in a white enamel coffee pot.Our fireplace mantel has the usual variety of candles. This year, I added a vintage pink and white necklace I purchased on eBay. I added small beaded wreaths to our living room chandelier. I wish I had pink ones.Today, I set up our Christmas houses. The white cotton batting is the only snow we'll see! The smaller houses are ornaments I have for sale at cutepinkstuff.com.Tomorrow I hang our Christmas stockings and shop for gifts. Maybe by the end of the week I will have our Christmas tree decorated!

  5. Your garden looks so pretty! Everything is iced over here, what a visual treat! Love the necklaces on the mantle. If you want pink berries, just paint those red ones pink, sprinkle on a bit of glitter while the paint is wet and ta da! cut pink stuff! Have a Merry Christmas.
